Updated Terms and Conditions of the BOPE REWARDS Programme:

To qualify to join BOPE REWARDS and to remain eligible to receive benefits offered as part of the programme - including prize draws, discounts and other offers made as part of the programme - customers must be on a domestic pricing plan and have paid their six most recent Bay of Plenty Energy (BOPE) accounts in full on or before the due date.

Participants who fail to meet the eligibility requirements may be removed from the Programme without notice. BOPE reserves the right to carry out the BOPE REWARDS Programme as it sees fit. This includes the right to amend eligibility requirements at any time, amend or discontinue any promotion, prize draw or discount and to discontinue the Programme at any time on one month's notice to participants.

Customers who rejoin the BOPE REWARDS programme after their membership has ended for any reason must pay their first six Bay of Plenty Energy accounts from the joining date in full on or before the due date to become eligible for benefits offered as part of the programme.

All customers who are members of the BOPE REWARDS programme on the date of any prize draw and who have met the eligibility requirements above will be automatically entered into that prize draw. Prize winners will be notified within a week of the draw and acceptance of the prize is conditional on the winner's name and photo being used for promotional purposes. The results of prize draws are final and no correspondence will be entered into. BOPE employees and their immediate family are not eligible for any BOPE REWARDS prize draws.
